TASK: Metro Application for Insurance had a legacy version but the goal was to create a new application combining two product lines and utilizing the performance of the new cloud servers.  ACTION: Redesign started with user research, creating OOUX for aligning content of both units, creating a MVP to get additional user wants and needs, and proceeding to create a new combined app. I created 3 alternate versions of concept sketches showing the improved design features to get quick buy-in from key product team members to proceed with application redesign. Meetings with all product owners and reviewing possible new functionalities enabled me to create a full UI design with dashboards, tools, and added user value. RESULT: The design was well received and is being developed, starting with the tasks tested first with a MVP.

COMMUNITY LIBRARY
This proposal is for being able to get a library card to a local library immediately with address check on their cell phone and a quick and easy form to fill out, so that they can use the card online or in the library. I wanted the form to be super-easy to fill.
